Again, I think this is a very nice shirt, but too big. Look how baggy the sleeves are! If you're going to the gym 3-4 times a week, show off your hard work! I'm not saying go tight, but just buy a shirt that fit. If you're buying XL, buy L.

This shirt looks like a pajama shirt; actually most of Banana Republic's merchandise looks like one needs to sleep in it. Where are the matching striped pants? Target!

This IS a great shirt. When buying shirts, ask for help. Say, I need a tie that can go with this shirt. They will be more than happy to help you and add several more ties and shirts if you let them. Maybe this was a gift so you did not have that option

I love these shirts. The style and all, 5 for mind melding. I have several, and as a female, they're all 3/4 sleeves, and a bitch to iron when I refused to get my clothes dry cleaned, ever.
