These shoes REALLY surprised me - in two ways. The day Chris and I were getting ready to leave for our trip down to Myrtle Beach, a package arrived at our apartment door. It was another package from Payless! Inside were three more pairs of shoes they thought I might like. That was part 1 of the surprise.

Part two of the surprise is how comfortable and well-made these shoes really are! I hate to sound like a suck-up, but these shoes impressed even my sister. Suede on the outside, big thick shoelaces, very deep color, thick padding on the inside. I broke them in today while driving to and from my parent's house. So far the comfort factor is pretty good. We will see how they go with my various outfits as time goes on… Thanks as always for the shoes, Payless!

(These shoes came with both navy laces and thick, white laces. I like the white better.)

missmrs Personally, I think a different color of shoe laces would be good. Still thick, but a dark color.
