Oh man, remind me never to go running in this kind of weather ever again. The air was extremely humid tonight, and running (especially in a skin-tight shirt, no less) made the whole exercise pretty uncomfortable.

Dave thought it was pretty funny when I got back because I was so sweaty and the shirt was so tight that I got it stuck over my head when I was trying to take it off. I was practically panicking because I had this soaking wet shirt suffocating me and I literally couldn't move. Try explaining that story to the reporters at the crime scene.

The big accomplishment for today for me was getting my website's weather feed linked up to the NOAA (the National Weather Service). Now my website will automatically get the forecast for whatever you are voting on, and they even provide me with nifty little icons (like cloudy, sunny, etc.). Let me know what you think of it!

Too bad one can't delete one's comments. Forget what I said about the icon.

The weather icon on your "Pick Clothes" page appears not to be updating automatically.

Good job on the weather feed. I live in Alabama....I know all about the humidity.

I hear ya! Even for a tiny guy like me, it is too hot! Charlotte is going to be 98 today and you can barely breathe with this humidity! Yuck!

luceecool
now i might be able to work out what the whether is! (I can't do fareinheit, i'm a celsius girl) I'm starting to know what your weather feels like- it's finally getting unbearibly hot in England too.

What with the global warming crisis, I'd like to appeal to everyone who cares about our planet not to drive their cars. This will have a number of beneficial effects: (1) greenhouse gases will be reduced; (2) air quality will improve; (3) gas prices will drop; and (4) I'll be able to drive around without all this freaking traffic.

Thanks for the weather link. That will help loads!

Yikes! Sorry about your sticky shirt situtation (haha). I didn't vote for this event but sorry anyways. I still played outside w/my friends and it was 105 today. It was already hot at 7:30 in the morning...

flatulentfox
Yes, it was ridiculously hot and humid, I refused to spend more than 5 minutes outside.
